Hachette Children’s New Zealand takes great pride in their Children’s Publisher’s Promise and this special label will only ever appear on a select few titles that we are confident readers will enjoy.

If for some reason you do not enjoy a book, bearing the promise, simply return the ‘I am Read Hot’ Children’s Publisher’s Promise sticker with your receipt and a short explanation detailing why you did not like the book. Do not return the book. Enclose your address and Hachette will mail you a refund cheque anywhere in New Zealand.

If you love this book—and we are confident you will—send us your receipt and a note telling us why you enjoyed the book and we will send you another book free that we hope you will enjoy just as much!

The Hachette Children’s Publisher’s Promise promotion is open to New Zealand only and may be cancelled at any time.

Requests for book refunds must be accompanied by an original receipt and must be received on or before the ‘offer ends’ date listed below for the relevant book title.

Each Publisher’s Promise is valid for three months after the date of release. After this time no further refunds or giveaways will be offered.
