Katharine Murphy

Katharine Murphy is Guardian Australia's political editor. She worked in Canberra's parliamentary gallery for 15 years for The Age, The Australian and The Australian Financial Review. In 2008, she won the Paul Lyneham Award for Excellence in Press Gallery Journalism, and she is a two-time Walkley award finalist, in the best digital journalism and best political commentary categories.
