Louisa Carmody

Louisa Carmody was born and raised in Sydney before moving to Melbourne in 2025. She wrote her first manuscript at 19 years old and rewrote it at 26 while juggling full-time work. The Shadows that Listen, the first novel in the Angel Ruin series, was self-published in January 2025. Louisa spends her day working as a Travel and Logistics Supervisor in Sports Broadcasting, before logging off and immersing herself in her writing through the evening.
