Phil Gifford

Phil Gifford is an award-winning sports writer and broadcaster, the author of four best-selling rugby biographies, and the creator of the satirical rugby character, Loosehead Len. Since 1992 he has, with Simon Barnett, been co-host of the the New Zealand South Island's most popoular breakfast show, now No. 1 in both Christchurch and Dunedin on More FM. He lives in Christchurch with his wife Jan.
