Positive Minds helps readers to learn about and understand how their mind works, what emotions are and how to manage them, what neurodiversity is and how to build and maintain good mental health. Each book explores different aspects of psychology and how it informs what we do through a combination of explanatory text and familiar scenarios, while the bright, inventive illustrations keep the mood light and positive.

Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis (Author)

Sarah Davis is qualified in child and adolescent psychotherapy and provides counselling support for children, young adults and parents.

Ana Sanfelippo (Illustrator)

Ana Sanfelippo was born in 1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied graphic design, illustration, and calligraphy, specialising in typography at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Her main media of choice are paper, acrylic and ink. Her illustrations incorporate vibrant colours and natural scenery. Ana loves travelling, listening to music and watching movies as inspirations, but her cat and family are her best motivation in life and in her art. Ana has illustrated for magazines and books and has also designed patterns and other media for various products. Her typography has been recognised by the Latin American Biennial of Design (BID) and Tipos Latinos. Currently, she teaches at the University of Buenos Aires.
