Thane Prince is the preserves judge on BBC2's The Big Allotment Challenge, having been the Telegraph's Weekend Cook and running The Aldeburgh Cookery School, which was rated one of the best in the UK. Thane is the author of several books, including Jams & Chutneys and Ham, Pickles & Jam and lives in London.
