He is the author of three books: Pulp (MacMillan, 1995), Bjorkgraphy (Simon & Schuster, 1996) and most recently, Facing The Other Way: The Story Of 4AD (HarperCollins, 2013). Compiled from 120 new interviews, it was voted a Book of the Year by NME, Times Literary Supplement, Spin and the Daily Telegraph.
